OUR WORK

STRIKE A CHANGE

Welcome to our “Strike A Change” programme which we run throughout the normal school year.

At its core is a unique collaboration between the Trust and all six West Midlands professional clubs. Targetting – but by no means exclusive to – the 14-16 year age group, the clubs identify young people who they consider to be disengaged in school or within their communities.

We deliver weekly sessions, providing inspirational mentors from the football world and beyond, to inspire these youngsters to dream big, aim high and overcome the obstacles they are facing in their daily lives.

THE CYRILLE STANDARD

We use the letters in Cyrille’s name as our guide to key issues to be tackled in our work with the young inductees.

These characteristics include character, self-belief, resilience, integrity, learning, leadership and endurance.

We encourage them to focus on these core qualities for their own personal development.

SUPPORT US

The Trust is a registered charity and an entirely voluntary-run operation – we need all the help we can get to maintain a legacy of which we know Cyrille would be proud. If you can help with a donation it will be truly appreciated.
